Clearing your CMOS or BIOS via the DOS Debug command depends on whether you have an AMI, Award or Phoenix based BIOS.
Solution 1: for AMI and Award BIOSs:
C:\DEBUG (at a clear DOS prompt, don't do this in DOS-box in
Windows)
-O 70 17
-O 71 17
