You can download your flash BIOS upgrade by visiting our BIOS Upgrades page. On our motherboard manufacturer pages you'll find links to the manufacturers BIOS download locations. If your motherboard manufacturer isn't listed on the BIOS Upgrades page then there is big chance they don't have a web site, or are out of business.
